Elsewhere the dev and their bundle wallets buy the first block. On Whistle every coin musters for 10 minutes first, and anyone can put in up to 0.5 SOL. Then the whistle blows: the pool is created and the whole pot buys in the same transaction, at one price, for everyone in it.

Four rules, no exceptions.
- 01Start blind
Pick a name, ticker and image and pay 0.1 SOL. The coin opens on the board for 10 minutes. Its mint address is derived on the server and nobody, you included, sees it before the whistle.
- 02Muster
Anyone chips in up to 0.5 SOL. Wallets that funded each other, or share a private funder, are linked and share one cap. Over 10 SOL, everyone scales down by the same factor and gets the rest back.
- 03The whistle
With at least 5 unlinked wallets and 1 SOL, one transaction creates the Raydium LaunchLab pool and buys with the whole pot. There is no block before it to snipe. Short of that, everyone is refunded in full.
- 04The squad earns
Tokens land pro rata within a minute. Each trade then pays the coin a 0.5% creator fee: two thirds to the squad, weighted by what they still hold, one third to the starter while they hold everything.
